ABOUT ME
My Name is Zachary Turner, I love film and cinema as you may be able to tell, I find it a medium that anyone could pick up and to a rough degree, understand. If you or anyone wanted to be a director or cinematographer, it isn't necessarily the skill of finding the right light or props or "having the right eye" for film, I think its more about the ability of understanding, firstly the space around you, that everything can be looked at in many different ways and lastly, the creation of meaning. Find your meaning in your narratives, look at profoundly different angles with extremely mundane things, this literally creates a new view of the subject of and even may make you think about such things when you walk past. So I think you should whoever you are, experiment, try new things and maybe it will be something that you would absolutely love.
Short Film "Gotcha"
The following team is responsible for the short film "Gotcha" a dark drama comedy following a washed-up 67 year old male who has recently lost his wife and has become disconnected from himself and his environment. It's his birthday and his son and daughter come back to reconcile and support his dettached father, but he convinces them to play a game for a cheque of ten thousand dollars.
